The Property Vision Report
A specialist pre-purchase advisory service that reveals the architectural, strategic and commercial potential of a property before purchase. It is not a final design — it is the thinking that helps a buyer, vendor or selling agent see past the existing condition and make a better decision, before time, capital and opportunity are committed.
Visualisation Edition
An image-led package: a brief site read, one preferred transformation pathway, and concept visualisations.
Single Pathway Report
A detailed assessment of one strategy: site analysis, planning commentary, comparable sales context, feasibility observations and concept visualisations.
Multiple Pathways Report
A strategic comparison of options for complex or higher-value sites, weighing the benefits, constraints, risk and upside of each.
Architectural consultancy.
For clients who want to take a vision further: concept design, planning pathway advice, and coordination through to CDC or DA lodgement. Concept design is a fixed fee; later stages are scoped to the project. All concepts, sketches and visualisations are original works by a Registered Architect and remain protected by copyright.
